Gordon Smith has over 25 years experience of sales, marketing, management training, team development and leadership coaching at all levels in organisations of all sizes. He has worked for both major corporate and small organisations in various sales and senior management roles, gaining numerous achievement awards as a sales person and as manager and leader of successful teams.
Since 2000 Gordon has delivered training, coaching and development programs throughout Australia and overseas. He works with diverse groups whose experience ranges from that of "work-from-home" mums to professional teams in major corporate organisations.

Combining his extensive experience and a sound theoretical base, Gordon has developed highly practical training programs deliverable via a range of traditional or electronic collaborative methodologies. At time of writing, in excess of 5000 people are being trained, in various geographies, using materials and programs developed by Gordon.
