Neil has had full time work experience in a wide range of organisations over the past 40 years. During this period he has had many roles from technical specialist to Chairman and CEO. He has been directly involved in six start up businesses. He has also been Chairman of a publicly listed company, Chairman of a statutory authority, a non-executive director of a private company and an executive director of a private company. During these experiences he developed core skills in strategic planning, dispute resolution, staff selection and management, and meeting management which have contributed to his current skills. Neil is Chairman of DSTgroup.
Neil has a Master of Economics and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management. In addition, he has completed numerous management courses including Professional Business Coaching, and become an accomplished public speaker through Toastmasters.
