Jenny’s approach is unique, drawing heavily on 16 years of consulting in HR, Change and Talent Management. In her consulting roles, she has undertaken a range of complex and diverse projects for clients of Accenture and Hudson including establishing outsourced HR and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions, managing large change initiatives, designing workforce solutions as well as reengineering systems and processes.
