Colin Jenkins
Colin is a versatile and pragmatic business manager with a broad range of general management skills.
He has over 40 years of business experience in Australia and overseas, including general management roles for multi-national companies in industries such as engineering, construction and manufacturing.
He has been deeply involved in strategic planning, business development, change management (including the orderly closedown of business operations), recruitment, team development and succession planning.
As an independent business adviser since 1996, Colin has worked with owners of many small and medium sized enterprises in a wide variety of industries, whilst also offering specialised consultancy services to corporate and government clients.
As a mentor to business owners and managers, he provides a practical and pragmatic perspective on HR issues and business management in general.
Colin has been an active Rotary club member for many years, and is regularly involved on a probono basis in mentoring of embryonic businesses through Queensland Government and university mentoring programs.
